Our personalised, tech-integrated CAPS curriculum and IEB Exams with enrichment electives, is built on a solid academic foundation that meets and exceeds national requirements.

Which examination body assesses students?
All external assessments are set and moderated by the Independent Examinations Board (IEB).
How is technology integrated into core academic subjects?
Digital simulations, coding tasks, data analysis and AI-assisted research projects are used across Mathematics, the Sciences and the Humanities.
Which modern-skills elective subjects can students choose?
Elective modules include Blockchain Fundamentals, Digital Design, eSports Broadcasting, Entrepreneurial Studies and Personal Finance, among others.
Does the School offer Grades R to 3?
Centennial Schools is accepting applications for Grades 4 – 11 for the 2026 academic year and Grades R – 3 will Open in 2027. (Grade 12 students must complete Grade 11 at Centennial Schools.)
How does the timetable balance CAPS requirements with enrichment subjects?
The full CAPS syllabus is timetabled, while enrichment runs as integrated projects or scheduled masterclasses that complement, rather than replace, core learning.
